AC Question

I will just be using my phone and I get a message saying, Blah Blah Blah has crashed. Also quite often my phone will just randomly restart without warning. It will also get stuck on the boot screen a lot. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 with 5.1.1 lollipop (not rooted). I have factory reset my phone twice to no avail. My phone battery is not expanded, and I have uninstalled all programs that could cause the crashes.

P.S. I this is my 6th time trying to ask this question because my phone keeps restarting.

Hi, welcome to the forums! If two factory resets didn't help I'm afraid there's not much that can be done short of flashing the factory image.

I know this is a very long shot but just in case, do you have a SD card mounted?

I recommend you to create a free account here at Android Central so you can reply in your previous threads instead of creating new ones about the same problem.

I'll try to contact the moderators and see if they can move this thread to the S5 forum where it'll get more visibility.

Try using the method below to flash a clean install strait from the Samsung servers.

Hi, I just made an account, I do not have an SD card in my phone. When I reinstalled the OS I used Samsung Kies to install it because my phone had completely stopped working.

When I had reinstalled the OS I used Samsung Kies to install it because my phone had completely stopped working. This still did not fix anything. (I did this a few months ago)
