why do I gave to re boot my tab EVERY TIME

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Tab 3 10inch every time I turn it onit loads but no icons appear so I have to re load it again before I can use it it's now becoming a pain.Why is this happening please ?

Welcome to Android Central! Where does it seem to freeze? Is it still on the Samsung logo screen, or does it get to the homescreen, but you just don't see any of your app shortcuts?
