Why do I get a vocal read out of any websites selected

When I select anything it is surrounded by a yellow box and a vocal of the text. Talkback is switched off.

Try restarting your phone. If this continues, try turning on and back off 'Talkback' service in Accessibility Services. Hope this helps!
