Why do I get an error message when installing apps?

Error message installing apps apps

i am in Nigeria and i got a galaxy tab s.8.4Lte from the O2 network in the uk.The problem is that i cannot install downloaded apps from xender or flash share. I keep getting the error message below:
There was a Problem while parsing the Package

Kindly assist solutions because this is frustrating

Welcome to Android Central! Is Xender a legitimate app store, or is it a filesharing site only? Are you downloading apk files from there? If so, I would caution you against it. Apks from filesharing sites are a good way to get malware. The apk files may also be pirated, which we discourage here. If you're unable to access Google Play Store, try other appstores like Amazon Appstore, SlideMe, or GetJar.
