Why do I get an error when installing the update on my Galaxy S4?

Error when installing update on Galaxy S4

I am getting a robot guy with lots of info. One thing i could pick out is "Not enough free space on data partition." I moved a bunch of stuff to my SD card but that didn't help. How can I get the update to run again? What else can I do?

Welcome to Android Central! How much Internal Storage is available in the Settings>Storage screen? You might have to uninstall a bunch of apps temporarily, then reinstall them after the update.

Try wiping the cache partition, and then check for system updates again. http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
