Why do I get an internal error message on my email?

i am getting an internal error message on my e mail

My e mail will not refreaah to today's date
It says its up dated to today date and time but that's not happening and I get a message saying Internal error report

I have same problem this morning with my non-google e-mail account. Did you figure out what was wrong?
