Permission Denied while installing lollipop

Trying to install Lollipop on my 2012 Nexus 7 wifi

This is what I did:

-Downloaded appropriate image and unzipped it.
-Installed SDK on my Mac
-Used ADB to reboot my nexus into fastboot
-Navigated in Terminal to the directory that holds flash-all.bat
-Executed flash-all.bat

This is what I get in the terminal:
"permission denied"

Things to know:
I am already rooted
My bootloader is unlocked
I'm currently running a Cyanogenmod Nightly
I have clockwork recovery

any thoughts?

You need to execute "flash-all.sh." The file you ran ("flash-all.bat") is for Windows. :)
