Endless first boot into Lollipop

Okay, so I've flashed the factory image via the instructions here ...

It all worked as predicted, but now is stuck in an endless boot - 15 mins and counting.

What next guys?

Thought my SDK manager had updated things when it had not.:-[

Re-flashed. Worked this time.
