Using Chrome I get screen from Google Play saying "You are the Chosen" & "Win an Apple iphone7, and phone vibrates. I can't get out of the screens.
Welcome to the forums. Chrome brings adware along with it, but you should be able to dismiss those ads. You can also add blockers to Chrome from its settings menu.

Incidentally, you have not been 'chosen', any more than any other recipients of such things, but if you had been, it would have been because you were judged to be gullible. In other words, it's all lies, filth and rubbish.
