Why do I have such a weak signal strength and how can I fix it??!

I always have 1 bar of signal strength and sometimes no service. I just switched to Rogers and just got the Samsung S5. So frustrated!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to directly compare your S5's reception with someone else's S5 who also has Rogers? Are you certain that it isn't just poor signal on Rogers's part?

If you can show that the reception is poor only on your phone, I would suggest bringing it back to the store for a replacement.
