Android Central Question

Why do I keep getting a pop up asking me to sign in to Windows when I'm trying to connect to Wi-Fi? I have a Gateway Laptop/Notebook running Microsoft &Windows 10, when I 1st got it I actually had the ability to connect to 2different Wi-Fi's like they would back up 1another, I stupidly deleted it, now wish I didnt, can't get it back, even by trying to set up a connection &although im always on the same Wi-Fi network which is saved &set to connect automatically, it does not always do so &I have to connect manually, retype in password, &then get 2pop up windows, a Microsoft &a Windows, asking for my email &password, I've tried my only email also tried inputting the Wi-Fi ssid &password, neither is accepted, so I tested the networks on my cell, LG Stylo2, but the Wi-Fi connection says connected but no internet access, &true to its word I can not access tbe internet &have to turn of Wi-Fi &use my data, weirder still, my husband &my 2kids(neither even have any form of data access, only older notebooks to play games &use at home for things for school) &they do not have any issues
