i got a notification that there is a new update available for my note 8
whenever i choose install now my phone goes for a 100% verification before rebooting without installing anything with a pop up that says :
Software update error logs have been
collected (0.27MB). These will be
uploaded to the server
This will help Samsung to improve
their software update process and
may ultimately help you keep your
device properly updated. You will
be able to use your device while
sending the report.
I have tried redownloading the 1.5G updates.. same thing happened
also tried deleting cache and data from recovery .. tried a factory reset But no results.
another issue is that my note 8 keep on rebooting on its own several times a day also tried a hard factory reset with no results.
Please help.
