Why do I keep getting 'amazon device registration has stopped/keeps stopping' pop ups?

[Android Central Question]

I powered up my phone and now I keep getting this pop up. I've never had it before, so I'm super confused. I also am unable to use cellular data or WiFi during this, so I'm unsure if it's impacting that as well. Restarting doesn't seem to help, and I can't find anything inside of my settings. I have everything amazon related disabled and force stopped, so that might be affecting it. If anyone can help please do so!
