why I keep getting error message unable to send text message right now to many unsent mms messages

i have cleared the cache called you help desk and had them walk me through the restore and it went a way for a few days but is now back again.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Called whose help desk? Which carrier do you use? Remember that we're not directly affiliated with Google, any manufacturer, or any carrier.

What's the exact error message? Are you only having problems sending MMS messages, or SMS as well?
