Why do I not get a notification sound ?

I have a Samsung Note 3. I've had it for a bit over a year, had no problems, and then all of a sudden the notification sounds stop. It just vibrates... Ive tried changing the tone, restarting my phone but nothing works ... What do I do ?

Make sure you double check all settings in your sound settings. Make sure you do not have anything enabled in do not disturb mode.

As always, you can wipe system cache via recovery to see if that also helps.
