Why do I not get notifications?!

I do not receive any Twitter notifications when I get mentioned, retweeted, favorited, direct messaged, etc. Yet I have sync for Twitter on (every 10 minutes), power saver mode is off and yet still I am not getting any notifications. Anyone knows what to do here?

I always used to get them, and then all of a sudden, they stopped..

Do you have your settings properly set in the Twitter app? Maybe try a different app? I really like Slices. Maybe try that?
