Why do I show up as “Balance Check” when calling my girlfriend?

Anytime I call my girlfriend my number shows up as “Balance Check” instead of my name. It doesn’t show up as that when we text or anything, just when I call. She has a Note 9 by the way.

Try calling someone else and see what it shows as. If it shows like that for everyone, call your carrier and ask them to correct the name on your callerID. If it only shows up like that for her, tell her to look in contacts for one named Balance Check and delete your number from it.

Maybe your GF calls you to see how much you still got for her shopping. Lol.

Kidding aside, it's either an error in carrier caller ID or you got saved in her contacts with that name.
