Why do lockscreen numbers keep changing to blocks?

[AC Question]

The numbers on my lockscreen keep changing to blocks. There will be 1 large white block and 3 small blocks for each number (and letters). If I restart the phone it goes back to numbers and letters but will change back the blocks. why is it doing this?
