Why do my call disconnect randomly?

[AC Question]

why my call disconnects randomly?

I am using a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge and in the middle of a conversation, the signal of the phone disconnects and reconnect back on in a few seconds. I start observing this from the very beginning I got the phone. Help is appreciated.
