When i join a call, my earbuds no longer work and audio comes from the phone. But when i leave the call, the audio comes back to the earbuds. Im using a Samsung Galaxy s7 if that's something. But this is really annoying. My earbuds are fine and so is my phone.

Probably because the earbuds only do Media, not Phone, so when the phone switches to a phone call, it has to use the speaker. And if the media player isn't the foreground app, it stops. Go to Recents and go back to the music player and you should get your music back - but the phone call will still be in the speaker. (There are separate audio channels for phone and media - the phone can't play through the media channel.)

Welcome to Android Central! When the earbuds are connected, go to Settings>Bluetooth and tap the gear icon next to the earbud listing. Make sure Phone Audio is turned on. If there's no Phone Audio option, then the earbuds aren't compatible with calls.

What brand and model earbuds do you have?
