Why do my pictures keep turning into a gray square?

I can take awesome pics with my s10 but when I go into my gallery it shows fine for a few seconds then the whole pic just goes gray.
I'm not sure if it's an sd card issue or what.

If you're saving to the SD card, it could be. Switch to saving to internal storage (in the camera app) and see if it still happens. If not, it's probably the SD card. (If it still happens, it's something else, and since it's still under warranty, contact whoever you bought it from.
