Why does 360 security turn off on its own in accessibility on my S6?

Why does 360 security turn off on its own in accessibility on my s6.....

I said all that is needed.....

It's really annoying.. I've since got rid of it for that reason..
Got Norton instead, didn't realise it was free as it's on my laptop.
I still have that problem with nova..
It randomly switches my message/email counters off..
Must be a setting somewhere that's doing this
