Android Central Question

A few times a day a "File Not Found" pop up appears near the bottom of my screen in a little gray bubble. What is it and why is it happening? It happens regardless of what app I'm running and never in a situation where my phone should be retrieving any file.

I've been trying to look for a solution for this as well. It's very random when it happens.

Hmm, the question is what file is Drive looking for. I'm not sure what would cause it to say File Not Found. Try clearing the app cache and data for the Google Drive app (don't worry, it'll resync all of your data from the cloud right afterwards) and see if the message goes away.

Probably force close Google drive , might be a glitch

So we all agree the problem is Google Drive. Clearing cache and data doesn't fix the problem. The theory I'm working on now is I noticed in Nice Catch that the event happens 4 times at the same time, I also have 6 accounts on my phone. So I'm turning off notifications for all the other accounts in GD except for the one I actually use. Now we wait.

Hey I noticed this as well. But I've noticed it happens when I get those weird spam emails from people I don't know. I never open then but as soon as they are sent to Me I get the same file not found pop up. Maybe it has to do with drive being connected to gmail
