Why does a reddish boundry appear when I open or launch my applications?

help me with this....i have a tecno q1....the problem started when i switched safe mode off...

i hav an andriod phone tecno q1......the problem started when i switched off the safe mode...?the reddish boundary always appear when i open or launch my applications.....

Welcome to Android Central! What reddish boundary? Can you describe it more?

Go to Settings>Accessibilty and make sure none of those options are turned on.
