Why does an alarm go off on my phone that I didn't set?

I have a Samsung S9 and ever since the most recent update an alarm goes off at 6:00 am every weekday. I have check my alarms, and all my apps and cannot find the source. When the alarm goes off there is only an option to snooze or turn off. This is very, very frustrating!! How do I fix this and or find the source of the problem??
