why does bluetooth and Wifi refuse to turn on after software update in Samsung S6?

Eversince i updated to android marshmallow 6.0.1 on my Samsung S6 I cannot connect by bluetooth and by Wifi. How can i fix this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Do the switches turn on temporarily, then turn off again? Or can you not even switch them on?
