Why does com.gallery.android3d show up on my activity list?

When com.android.gallery3d shows up on my activity log, does that mean that a picture from my gallery was email or sent through Google services via another app? Or does it just mean that your gallery files were viewed on your phone only?

Welcome to Android Central! If your Gallery app also shows photos saved to your Google Photos in the cloud (which would be designated with a Picasa logo on Samsung phones), that would explain it accessing your Google services.
