Why does my 6p does warm while charging?

Even when turn off the phone and charge it, it still get warm? Should I be worry?

Chemical reaction. Every charging battery (phone, laptop, flashlight, electric car) gets warm when it charges. Some get warmer than others. Unless it's glowing hot, don't worry about it.
