my android turbo keeps shutting off. It is fully charged. When I reboot the

this has been very random. did it in my pocket, out of my pocket, on the charger and off. The phone is not overly hot. warm only when on the charger or in my pocket. This morning I have rebooted it several times. (I hold the power button for 10 seconds.) Please help this is driving me crazy!?

Re: my android turbo keeps shutting off. It is fully charged. When I reboot the

It's likely being caused by an app, but the first thing I would try is to wipe the cache partition. Follow the instructions carefully: https://motorola-global-portal.cust...prod_answer_detail/a_id/102367/p/30,6720,9277

But, again, I suspect an issue with an app hanging up. The problem is that finding the cause of something like this is a bit like finding a needle in a haystack - there are no good tools to help diagnose the problem. If clearing the cache partition doesn't help, you can try uninstalling apps three at a time and restarting the phone, using the phone for a while. If it still hangs up, then it wasn't one of those apps. If it doesn't hang up like it was doing before, maybe one of those three apps was the cause.

If that doesn't do it , you can always do a factory reset. Beats having to send it back, so its worthy of trying.

My phone does this randomly as well and it's a replacement phone! (Meaning Refurbished by Asurion) my mother says it's because i have so much [censored] on my phone. Which truly i don't, it's mainly music and a few apps .. anyways sometimes as soon as i unplug it it says battery saver active 0% remaining shutting down. This freaking drives me up the wall. Took it to Verizon they can't find the issue.
