Why does my app suddenly close when i'm playing shadow fight 2

When ever i play shadow fight 2 it just suddenly closes the app and brings me to the homepage. Then when i enter the game again it says "we have registered a crash during you game due to not enough memory, we reccommend u removing your ram". But i actually have like 3 Gb of memory still left! plzz help.

You sayed free internal storage, internal storage is not a problem! Problem is RAM!

When i enter in shadow fight 2 it need t download something for 69,7 MB. I press "OK" and it crashes. I tried to turn off Wi-Fi and mobile data. It does not help.
