What is "wbls"?

Do you have any "booster" apps or "memory clearing" apps running? (If yes, turn them off, or uninstall them.)

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? Any power-saving modes turned on? You could try going to the Battery Optimization settings and turn off optimization for that app.
