Why does my battery take so long to charge??

Hi, I have Huawei P8 and lately I've been experiencing some issues with charging. This problem started in Late December where my battery started draining faster and it took a little longer to charge than usual. Now it takes about 1hr to charge 15%. I appreciate any help and my last resort would be to replace the battery (This phone has a non removable battery but I have seen how to replace it).
