Why does my display jump around?

ZTE 4G. The display on my screen often leaps about wildly including on this site. The URL bar blinks on and off, I try to move to an area or zoom in and it flicks back or goes elsewhere on the page, I scroll up or down comments or threads and it drops many screens down or leaps many screens back up. Are they all like this?

I would suggest a reset. You should find it in Settings>Back up and reset. Back up any data you don't want to lose by hooking up to your PC and dragging and dropping the files.
