Why does my Droid Turbo ring after someone leaves a voicemail?

As soon as a voice message is left, the phone rings until I look at the message.

I am having the exact same problem....have been for a couple months. I was hoping you'd get a response. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with AT&T. Thankfully I don't get many voicemails but when I do the phone just rings until the battery dies or I check it. I thought it might be Light Flow, but I've disabled it and it's still happening. Very strange
