Touch screen stops working when using or phone left sitting. Only way to get it to function is to put it in the freezer for a little while, then it'll be good for about 15 minutes.
Battery level and charging have no effect. I've wiped cache, rebooted, started in Factory mode and Safe mode, removed all extra apps and files, limited background processes and nothing helps. The ram monitor never seems to go into the red.
I'm about to go get another G4 if I can't fix this, this one is less then a year old. So, do the new ones do this as well?
