It really does, and that's a good sign as I loved my N5.

From the feel of the screen to the chin, the way it feel while using it. This could have been the phone Google used for the new Nexus 5

Anyone else feel that way?

I don't know; I picked up my Nexus 5 today on wifi-only and realized it's a ton smaller and easier to hold/handle than my G4 for me. They feel nothing alike in my opinion; particularly typing on them.

I think the exact same thing every time I pick up my G4

Possibly because the G2 is the N5 in a different shell. I haven't really noticed any serious similarities.

You mean the N5 was the G2 in a different shell, well except the camera wasn't as good.

All the same maker. :)

my wife has the N5 and I always try to double tap. haha. I like it more than the g2. So much thinner and more smooth. I don't know about it being like the G4.. She's out of town but I'll compare.. that's interesting.

In general I agree. Even though it's bigger it does feel nice in my hand. No other "big phone" feels as good to me.

Its Lg's craft they know exactly how to make the G3 and now G4 feel comfortable despite the huge 5.5" screen.

Much like Samsung know how to make the Note line functional (in terms of its features).

I've already said in a couple of threads that the G4 feels like a bigger Nexus 5. In my opinion, LG is killing it in regards to design language. I had the Optimus G before owning the N5. And the G2 and G3 are fantastic looking devices. And I'm currently loving my G4. LG is gonna have to do something dumb to lose my business.
