Why does my Galaxy S7 Active have very poor battery life?

After each full charge my S7 Active seems to get hurt in battery life, the first day I got about 20-40 minutes per 1%.

Now, about a week after, I get 3-5 minutes per 1%, so about 5 hours.

I use my phone for occasional YouTube, spotify and quite a bit of snapchat and Instagram.

The only apps I have downloaded are Snapchat, Instagram, Spotify, Netflix and Reddit

I use fast charge every day to charge up my phone.

I use the mid range battery saving option constantly.

I'm fully updated on my software.

I never use my data, only wifi with the occasional phone call.

What could be happening?

As you are saying it,it's most likely because of the apps you have installed on your phone. The first week,of course, you don't have many apps on it and there are just built-in apps.Maybe your apps are running in the background. To solve this try restarting your phone once per day to stop background processes that drain battery.

Look in the battery stats in Settings, to see if anything is using a lot of battery (they're listed in the order of most use to least use). If nothing is out of the ordinary, tap the graph at the top to get to the next page and look at your mobile data line (near the bottom). That should be mostly green. If it's mostly brown, you're on a carrier that doesn't have much signal where you are, and that costs battery. If the Awake line isn't mostly blank, install Wakelock Detector (see Wakelock detector with non-rooted phone if the phone isn't rooted), to see what's waking it all the time.
