Why does my Galaxy S7 camera take 30 seconds to load?

From the first day that Ibought my S7 new, everytime I go to my camera it starts in a black screen for 30 seconds before displaying and image from the camera. Then the camera works fine, but if it switch to an different app than back to the camera, it happens the same again. Even switching between the back and forward cameras takes 30 seconds of black screen each time. Happens even in safe mode and after clearing the system cache as well as reseting the phone. What's going on??

Yep, bought it straight from a dealer and even double checked it with CPU-Z. It all checks out. Everything else runs perfectly, only this one glitch.

Factory reset. If still takes 30 seconds, it probably is a fail.
