Why does my galaxy S7 Edge keep repating the Android 7 update?

After the installation, I get a new "ready to install update" notification that I cannot get rid of. The install never works or goes away depsite it saying it was successful.

I had this problem also and I had to do a factory reset.

Try wiping the cache partition. That usually fixes a host of weird problems that occur after an update.

Wiping the Cache partition did not fix it for me
