Why is my galaxy tab 3 keep freezing

It come on just fine but when I touch the screen to open one of my apps it does nothing

Welcome to the forums. You can try clearing the cache. We can try the easier way first: So to Settings>storage>click the cache partition. I think a pop up comes up if you really want to do this, and click yes (you won't lose any personal files). See if that helps.

Worst case scenario is that you need to factory reset it - I think the problem is related to an app, service or possibly even Touchwiz.

2.install 'CLEAN MASTER"

On Tab 3 it will hang on the Samsung logo even after you try these solutions.

Samsung logo can hang for 8 hrs or more.

Some suggest ODIN 3x to take over the operating system.

Tab 3 hangs all the time. Will not process RAM.
