Why does my google photos backup stuck?

Above to this screenshot, it stuck backup even I leave it overnight. also the backup specific folder is on too. What seems to be happened?

Are you using mobile data or WiFi? If mobile data, the right options need to be selected for Photos to be allowed to back up using mobile data, and that only applies to pictures, not videos. Are the 'missing' pictures/videos in a specific folder or the main camera one? If it's a device folder, make sure it's set to back up and that the Photos app has permissions to access that specific folder. Also, make sure your Google account has space left for back ups.

PS: You should edit the attached picture to hide personal information (i.e. e-mail address) and blur faces in pictures,.

I deleted the photos of your personal information, just block them out and repost
