Why does my HBS 730 need to be plugged in to work?

Need help with my Bluetooth headset

My HBS 730 went dead. It works fine while charging but as soon as I unplug it it goes dead. Looks like the battery is gone. How can I bring it back to life?

If the battery is really the issue, no other way but to replace it...and as you can probably guess, that's not something that you can easily do. When you charge the headset, does it change the red light to the fully charged one pretty quickly?
