Why does my home screen keep going back to the original screen of Android?

why the hell does my home screen keep going back to the original screen of Android.

Every time something updates mainly Facebook updates it sends my homescreen back to the original Android home screen page, and I have to continuously change back to the photo as I originally had on it!

Welcome.

Try Safe Mode, to test whether a third-party app is causing that.
