Why does my HTC One M8 make an unknown outgoing calls sometimes?

HTC one m8 weird issue

Hi
I have noticed recently that my phone make an "unknown" outgoing call for duration of 00:00 secend after everytime I get any incoming or outgoing call. so the recent number in call list is always an unknown outgoing call!!

Does anyone have a clue?
