Why does my itel a31 mute audio, external loudspeaker?

no sounds out from alarm, music, video, ringtones.
Could it be something with "Do Not Disturb" setting?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you hear the sounds using wired or Bluetooth headphones? If so, the main speaker might be faulty.
