Why does my lg gpad 8.3 ramdomly restart itself when im doing stuff

I recently bought the lg gpad 8.3 and immediately upgraded it to android 4.4.2 kitkat and since then my lg gpad 8.3 always just randomly restarts itself. Whether it be when im watching a video (on youtube or video player etc) it restarts or even when im playing a game etc

It did it once while i was writing this question

Welcome to Android Central! See if you can wipe the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Factory Data Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache.

Unfortuneately, no luck i tryed exactly what was said in the video and never got to sysytem recovery

I'm not sure if there are different versions of the G Pad 8.3 that might have differing ability to get to Recovery. In your case, you may have to try a factory data reset instead (which will wipe all data, so make sure you backup beforehand).

I have tryed the factory reset and so far have had no crashes but i will let you know if anything happens.

Factory reset didint work. I was just playing a game and it restart

Let's see if it's due to apps you're installing, or if there's something fundamentally wrong with the system. Boot into Safe Mode, which will temporarily disable all 3rd party apps. If the crashes keep occurring even when using system or preinstalled apps only, then there's a problem with the tablet, and you may need to talk to LG about service.

I noticed that this issue didn't start until I installed a 32 gig sd card. Pulled the card and have had no issues since then. Not too happy since I know the card is good but at least the tablet stays on.
