Why does my LG Q7 shut off on its own?

I got this phone new from T-mobile in January. For the past month it will shut off on its own while I'm in an app such as walmart or chrome and it will then restart by itself too. I have had other issues where the phone is really slow and sometimes it will just freeze and nothing I do will work. I'll be looking on the internet and it freezes and I can't exit or shut my phone off. Sometimes the phone will pop up and say system UI has stopped working. A few times I have haf the problem where I will be on a phone call and I wont be able to hang up even after pressing the end button etc and the call just keeps going. I have also had the issue where the screen will go black amd be unresponsive,I try the power button, touching the screen when I plug it in the screen will turn on to the locked screen and then its fine;the phone is fully charged. What can I do that doesn't include sending it back to t-mobile to fix because #1 this is the only phone I have and #2 I doubt t-mobile would do anything even with a protection plan.

Don't get me wrong I love the phone and the big memory 64GB but this is driving me crazy. I do have 175 apps but it says I still have a ton of memory and there are no updates right now available.

Welcome to Android Central.

I've moved your thread to the More LG Phones forum for better recognition by those who have this device.

Welcome to the forums. Are you using an SD card? Can you see in your battery stats any app using an unusual high percentage?

I don't think I have an SD card in it yet because when I got to storage it doesnt come up just says internal storage. There is one at 40% but that's it for that high but that one I need because I let it run in the background etc and get paid for it. But I've had the app since I got the phone so I don't know why it just started acting up last month etc

How much is in the cache files? Under Internal Storage > Free Up Space > Temporary files? A lot of temporary files can cause issues, including causing apps to crash. Clear those out, reboot, and test the phone. Source: Two years tech support for a major wireless carrier.

There's a possibility that app could be causing the problems, difficult to know for sure without knowing which one it is though. Can you stop it for a couple of days and see if the problem persists?

I get paid to have that app on so I can't delete it or not have it running. And if it didnt cause issues before I dont see how it would start now
