my new lg g2 battery drains fast in 4 hours?

my lg g2 new mobile drains so fast...can anyone please suggest me to extend my battery life...the phone was perfect in everything except the battery...can anyone please tell me to save my battery life...

What is your usage?
Use normally and before you need to recharge, make a screenshot of your battery usage stats in Settings, Battery, Battery usage. Post it here. Tell us also your screen brightness settings, and your signal strength. Then we'll attempt a diagnosis.

If its on 5.0 that is most likely your reason. I had great battery before lollipop. Hopefully 5.1 will come and fix that.

Yes my battery has been horrible recently as well. Thinking of ditching it for a nexus in the fall cause it has gotten so bad.
