My new phone continuously vibrates/chimes as if there's a notification

Hi!

I already posted this question today, but I didn't see it in the recent posts, so I'm posting it again. Please excuse the duplicate post, if it exists!

Here's my problem:

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge +. I activated it on 8/26 and downloaded some apps a couple of days ago.
All of a sudden, this morning, my phone started vibrating/chiming every 10 seconds or so. There's no specific notification when it vibrates/chimes.

Could someone please help me figure out what's going on, and tell me how I can get it to stop?

Thank you!

Have you looked at all of your apps, individually in their settings, for notifications? You can do this most efficiently in settings - sound & notifications - app notifications, then check them one by one.

Thanks for responding. No, I haven't tried that yet. I believe that may fix things. I'll post an update once I try it out.
