Why does my Note 3 n900T get an error message when I try to update to Lollipop?

my note 3 n900

im currently trying to upgrade my samsung galaxy note 3 n900T to the 5.0 lollipop firmware , usin odin and the lollipop fimware downloaded from sammobile i am getting Failed!! .... the error is NAND WRITE FAILED!! can someone please help me ?
